Can’t log into chat

I used chat with no issues, over the past fortnight I kept getting booted and had issues logging back in. For a couple of days now I haven’t been able to log in at all to chat, I just keep getting the failed authentication error continually.
Is it just me? Have I been banned from chat, what can I do?
