Can’t find a story

Alright, there’s a story I was reading that I’ve been trying to refind for a while now. It’s an older artist who started painting after an early retirement and the college-age woman he’s hired to model nude for him. She’s carefree and a bit of an exhibitionist while he is very cautious of coming off as a creepy old man. The inciting incident is her losing her apartment and him offering a room in his house. It takes little time for her to seduce him after that, and from there it’s a story about love despite differences and exhibitionism for the most part.

The story is 8 or 10 parts, and I’ve only read the first couple. I’d like to find it again so I can finish it.
