A Group of five students from the same high school in different cliches go to the same college. They were once close friends during their pre-high school days, but their interests in high school grew them apart.

A with the unknowns of college campus life, they become friends again as they deal with adulthood, academics, love, and the social scenes of college life.

Two guys and three girls.

Their interests range from sports (guy), science(girl), music(girl), art(guy), and fashion(girl).

A series of short stories involving each student as their friends try to help them.

They wouldn't be openly involved with each other, but help each other as they deal with other relationships.

The basketball player who likes a sorority girl who is dating him as a prank. The fashion student friend is in the sorority and tries to warn him. He doesn't listen and has to find out for himself. His friend is right at his side and quits the sorority siding with him.

Sounds a bit friends like to me, may be needs a bit of a twist to make it interesting. Could the stories be set in the past and maybe they could be discussing them at a reunion? Each short story could then link in some way by the agreement of a re-union, possibly somewhere unusual.

I was thinking that they could have the hots for each other, but become closer friends. They help each other deal with different relationships and troubles.
