If you need further evidence that I'm weird... Here you go.

Tonight is the final night of summe r for me as school starts well... Today.

So what did I do? Intentionally go and make my harddrive unrecognizable to my computer.

Then I looked around for the repair disk... Calmly.

I then started doing repairs...

I cut my leg and barely felt a thing until I felt blood running.

Then I got my machine working right again.

This is weird even for me.

What a kowinkydink! I just did the same thing last night. Not the leg cutting part, but the disk fixture bit. Yay for that little disk!

I signed away the soul of my little brother to Mammon for my assured future success. I got him to sign it away to me for a cookie.

 Spin, my boy. This is disturbing...

...Or at least it would be if I had never done similar nonsense myself.

As for the whole blood thing. Well after a good few years of delving around the insides of computers (Especially the PowerMac 8500/9500, those who know what I mean know what I mean!) I've learned one thing at least. Blood sacrifice is the ONLY way to make the buggers work sometimes.

[edited 'cos it's my first post of the day and I'm allowed to make mistakes]

I didn't own one... but I've heard the tails...

Good thing that Apple's done a 180 since then in terms of design.

Yeah, but you only got a 56K modem. For DSL, it costs a lot more....Like a viginal sister or something.

WD 40 works better than blood on those hard drives. And I have seen a good kick or mother board flex used to help with bootup.

Nothing makes your computer run better than a blood sacrifice!
It's the blood, not the entrails? I didn't need to leave this pile of chicken entrails from the full moon ritual piled on my CPU all this time?

Damn, why isn't the manual clearer on these points?

Don't you know? The entrails are for troubleshooting.
