Hundreds of millions to get it passed, and it might go bye bye regardless.

Nationwide ramifications if the ruling stands after being appealed. Stay tuned...

Actually the moment you said people should be paid for their work you said capitalism bad.

Paying people for their work is capitalism.

The state deciding how much and under what conditions instead of that employment be a free transaction between employer and employee, isn't.

No one has said anything close to that but you.

You're still either a liar or need to learn how to fucking read.

You DESPERATELY need this.....

Point out where anyone but you said it. I'll wait.

California’s gig workers law, which allows companies like Uber and Lyft to treat workers as independent contractors— not employees— has been ruled unconstitutional and unenforceable by a judge. Voters approved the law as ballot initiative Proposition 22 in November,

^^ The state of California though ballot initiative, said in the most direct way possible that capitalism was bad, by legislating against it.

California Superior Court Judge Frank Roesch ruled Friday that the law illegally “limits the power of a future legislature to define app-based drivers as workers subject to workers’ compensation law,”

The judge said prop 22 would illegally limit the state of California from attacking capitalism in the future.

LOL! So you couldn't even quote someone else saying it.
LOL! LOL! LOL!
Dude, seriously, just run from the thread, you're done.

Give the workers a choice. Isn't that what happened in the hospitality and restaurant business? Isn't that why they can't hire new employees? Isn't that why a user ride costs almost double today before pre-pandemic? Because the labor moved up the ladder to better jobs that treats them with respect? Laws that exist to prevent mobility don't sound "capitalistic" to me.

Every job should pay enough to survive

Not an exact quote, no.

But the message is still the same.

And I'm done when I'm done, not when you say. :D

He can't give up once he's lost.

If he could, he would have left a decade ago. :D

You're done, Snowfrake.
Your mouth wrote a check that your ass couldn't cash, again.

Final Score: SgtSpiderMan 1, Snowfrake 0.

How am I done??

CA and the judge literally confirmed California law is behind the people of California, CAPITALISM BAD!!!

He can't give up once he's lost.

If he could, he would have left a decade ago. :D

When did I lose???

Why should that make me "give up"??

If I did give up I'd be a loser "progressive" begging for the nanny state to give me free shit simply because I exist. But that ain't me. :D

Being too stupid to realize when you're done and lost is your problem.

No, it's not.

Because I didn't "lose" anything. :D

Just another in a long list of examples of California clearly thinking CAPITALISM BAD!!!

You guys all know it, you're just in denial. ;)

I run successful businesses in California so I hardly hate capitalism. You on the other hand got punted from my beautiful state because you failed at capitlism.

Your ascriptions are so fucking far off it's like you have no grasp on reality.
