Listen to your body, if there is pain or its wanting to force it out, Id take it out

Since everyone has a unique metabolism and pain threshhold, Emerald_eyed's answer is really the only one that can be given.

I would add that numbness is probably also a sign that something isn't right and it should come out.

I *ahem* know someone who has worn one of fairly modest diameter for over an hour with no discomfort and no known ill effects. At least that's what "he said".

and just make sure to take it out when you shower, i know lots of people want to leave it in, but you can get an infection that way. just a good tip i got from someone a while back.

I've lefor one in overnight, and through a day at work, at the movies, for 10+ hours once, no problems so far, but everyone else here is right, take it out when your body tells you to
