Yes........... I chose my career!............... I early enlisted at 15, left for boot camp at 16, turned 17 just two weeks prior to graduation of US Marine Corps/Parris Island, SC training.............. Like I've stated before........... I'm a 3rd Generation US Marine...... and had I not broken my back at 19 and been medically retired...... this would be my 22nd year in my beloved Corps!


My family service is as such:n Gettysburg, Appomattox, Andersonville, San Juan Hill, WWI, WWII, Korea, Bay of Pigs, Vietnam, Beruit, Grenada, Kuwait, Somalia, presently, my son is in Afghanistan (18 and proud to protect his fellow Americans! as the 4th uninterupted of seven total generations of US Marines!)


My Family has been there and done that!......... Fuck that!......... We are still doing that!



As to my combat record............ Officially............ Beruit & Grenada.......... a few towns south of the 38th, and a few other places I could tell you................a little dark work here n there........(I'd have to take you to dark territory after telling you though, care for the ride?)

shot twice in the shoulder while on fugitive duty..................

repelling over a hostile LZ............. 13 days worth of coma, 27 fractures, including the loss of Lumbar disks 1,2,&3............... broken jaw............. both collar bones distended,

Went from being 6'4"/190lb............... to 6'2"/160lb......... after a simple lil' ole fall from a chinook helo at 60' over volcanic rock........

stabbed from behind by a spouse during a domest call, the spouse initiated the call, and she was a bloody wreck when my partner and I arrived on the scene.........go figure!

more than I can count!/ and firsthand too Mister!

Scar across left thumb from sniper's bullet in Khatoum during what I though was a lull in the fighting (I was hanging out a shirt to dry at the time).

Two stab wounds in the lower left back from a group chasing me through the souk in Muscat

Broken jaw from an angry Brit in London who took an instant dislike to me (don't know why)

Shattered left knee, well cracked really, from falling into a monsoon ditch in Lagos during the dry season.

Scar across left temple from I don't know what but I think it was wall plaster during a bombing raid, again in Khartoum.

Numerous other bits and pieces, most too small to see, but they all bled like stuck pigs at the time.

That's about it...
