Nevermind that this "tax increase" is just the expiration of a temporary cut.

Nevermind that it was Republicans who specifically designed the tax cuts to be temporary.

Nevermind that if the tax cuts are allowed to expire, the Democrats will have a bill ready to go that will extend them for almost everyone. And Republicans will vote for it.
