I'm new here as a writer. I hope I'm not missing the "Post here when you are new" thread, I did try to find one and maybe I should have looked harder...

I submitted my first story yesterday and I am trying very hard not to count down 72 hours!

Anyway, I'm really chuffed to have made it this far and written the thing at all. It seemed a very lofty aim when I first found this site and learned so much from it a year or so ago.

You may need to be a tad more patient than 72 hours. If often takes a week or slightly longer for stories to make it through the posting process.

You might as well write another story. By the time you're done and posted that you can look over your stats and comments and have gotten a peice of tree mail or two.
