I recently found out that my girlfriend of four years has a serious bukkake fantasy. I share that fantasy, but am skeptical about going through with it. Has anyone in here tried this with success? How did you go about setting it up? Run into any problems? Advice is very much appriciated.

Talk to her about what it might do to your relationship, as well as the health risks.

I'm not suggesting that you completely blow off your girlfriends talk of bukkake but don't take it seriously. More specifically unless she arranges then invites you to the bukkake then leave it in fantasy land. My amateur opinion is that her plus 2-4 guys is a gang bang, and it would take more participants to approach the level of a bukkake. The only way I would even consider hosting something like that is if the participants are tested for disease and it's being taped. If it is just a fantasy, which I'd agree with everyone that it probably is, then maybe you could pretend somehow. Everyone has fantasies. In my fantasies (well, not about bukkake but let's go there for the sake of argument) the guys all look very good. Then they also smell very good too. The entourage and atmosphere are just right and EVERYONE does EXACTLY what I want them to do (to me, to themsleves and such). I have had that fantasy or a very similar one. When at the beach, I imagine that all the men passing by are required to jack off on me. I have had this fantasy for maybe 30 years. But no way in hell would I ever want to go through with it.

Well, honestly, it would be pretty low risk. STDs are called such for a reason. Unless you're talking about blood being involved, you're unlikely to get syphillus, gohorrhea, chymidia, hiv, or hpv. Sure, you could potentially get herpes, but generally genital herpes and facial herpes are caused by different strains. Bukkake is probably safer from a disease standpoint even if you had 50 guys involved than barebacking one random hookup. It's oral/anal/vaginal penetration that's the disease risk.
