How do I find my old buddy list prior to site change yesterday, 22/ 2/2022?

It's now under 'Following'.

'Following' just takes me to the story following pages, not the buddy list.

I finally figured out how to find my 'buddy list or rather found it by accident,
On your profile click on to 'about' then scroll down you will find all your buddies there and also those who have you on their buddy list. I hope this is helpful.
