Bubble Bath?

I did! But I left my pic that looks like yours on my other computer. :p

I don't think I could handle living in the desert. That's one of those places about which people say, "yeah, but it's a dry heat," right? Although the last time I was in Las Vegas, my skin never looked so good!

I'm one of the few weird people that is happiest in foggy, gloom weather. When everyone else is grumbling in San Francisco, I'm happy as a clam.

It is a dry heat for most of the year except for the monsoon season. With the temps we get no reason you want to have really high humidity. But the summer is the price you get to pay for 70 degrees in the winter time here.

Anyone ever use essential oils to help keep their skin soft instead of lotions??

Don't use either...unless I'm threatened with the hose.

I do drink plenty of water (need to, in this altitude) and neither the heat nor the humidity give me too many problems. I'm sur if I live here long enough the wind'll dry my skin out, though.

Does that include the last two weeks in September around 2:00 p.m. before the fog starts rolling in over the hills?

cool AV

Heh heh, ya got me. Although it kind of depends on what neighborhood you live in. The Mission is kinda hot! The Richmond was pretty much perfect for me because no matter how hot it gets, the fog always comes in the afternoon.
Noe Valley was delightful and the Castro, well, the Castro is always hot! :D

Oh, don't mention Noe! That is really my favorite neighborhood. Le sigh. There's sort of weird tension between the lesbian contingent and the puppy dog owners, but everyone gets along at the end of the day. A perfect Sunday for me was buying coffee and the paper and loads of fashion magazines, walking up the hill back to my apartment, and spending the entire day reading in bed.
Noe Valley is a lovely little hidden place in SF. I delighted in it while I was living in the City. (oh how I miss it). I lived at 15th and Market and Sanchez and worked in Bernal Heights. Did I mention that I miss SF?

*sigh*

Will someone make Winter go away?

I was about to snap until I saw you were in New York. Did you get the big storm Valentine's Day too? We got more than 40 cm. We're getting 15 right now. It's to the point where you can't tell where the drifts stop and the snowplow effects start. I have no idea what the total accumulation this winter has been.
If you find someone and it costs too much, I'll go in with you.

So, how do you tend to your bodies need for cleanliness?

Bubble Bath?
Long Hot Shower?
Salt Water Soak?
Case of little lemon scented wet-naps?
Sand Blast?
Extra Strength Deodorant?
Cold Shower?
What Need?
Spit?
Call "here kitty kitty kitty"

Let us - let us all.
A hot shower for me for as long as the hot water lasts or time allows, whichever comes first, :p followed by a nice massage of warm vanilla sugar body lotion from bath & body works ;)

:rose:

In summer I tend to have short hot showers and in winter longer showers.... I also shower more at the gym then at home because 5 people in one house doing laundry and dishes everyday kills the hot water.

Nice hot showers*drools*... k I'm back but I tend to shower at the gym 90% more often then when im at home and thats cause its warm and I want to wash off the sweat.
