BTW: Another Auld Lang Syne is not a Christmas song either

It isn't. I can thing of some great material that never gets played because some dumb fuck radio programmer decided that since it has Auld Lang Syne in the title, it must be a Christmas song. What the hell is wrong with these people? I guess being the program director precludes you from actually listening to the bilge you actually play...

While I wouldn't play it for Christmas, there's no reason it can't be used for any day other than New Year's.

"My Favorite Things" from The Sound Of Music isn't a Christmas song, either, but it seems like I'm hearing it an awful lot lately.
