Anything dealing with alcohol, drigs, while their sleeping, etc are okay. Straight forced sex is not.

How about if the sister tricks her sister into having a sex change operation afterwhich the sister now a guy has sex with her brother who happens to be gay. Little does the now guy sister know that her brother was in fact a girl at one time and had a sex change operation as well but regrets doing so.
