Brother Sister incest idea

This one came to me this morning while listening to my son and daughter talk about their weekend at the breakfast table.

Brother who is very hot for his sister as she tortures him with tales of sex with her boyfriend. The sister is aware of her brother's desires, and uses it to get under his skin. She flaunts herself openly, show off her curves in next to nothing.

Here comes the sticky part, I'm not in to the force thing:

The brother takes as much as he can stand and pushes his sister onto the kitchen table for a well deserved fuck.

This seems to be more of a story scene than an entire storyline idea.

Is this a case where the two were lovers before and now she is withholding her favours from him? Does he desire her and she knows it, so she tortures him? Perhaps she has no idea that he lusts for her and is merely recounting her sexual escapades to a man she thinks she can trust? What are the underlying dynamics between the two? Why does he snap in such a violent manner?

It would be taunting by the sister who knows her brother wants her desperately.

I wrote a simular story called "Teasing Sister" a while back. In that story the mother is directly involved. I was thinking of the sexual tension is only between brother and sister, but with other characters playing minor roles (i.e., mother, father, boyfriend).

Is being forced 'against her will' the true goal of the sister, or is it a surprise for her?

I invision her allowing him to take her, no real force, but the act of using force (if you can understand that ). She would still be taunting him, but he would be serious.

She sexually tortures a recalcitrant youth into following the one path that they both desire to travel. Is she too cowardly to make her desires known, feels that it should be the man who instigates asexual encounter, merely enjoys being a tease or what?

Is he ever to know that she desired him, or does he leave thinking that it was all his doing?
