I actually think the "rest" is the interesting -- and tricky -- party. There are several ways to go, all of which are quite different and none of which are obvious.

For instance, it could become a voyeur/exhibitionist kind of story, with the brother becoming an online fan of the sister and their developing a kinky relationship online.

Or it could become a blackmail story.

Or he could confront her and it could lead into a loving incestuous relationship.

One idea could spark several very different kinds of stories.

As SimonDoom points out, there are many different directions such a story could take.

One is that he discovers that his sister is extremely insecure about her body and thus seeking reassurance by posting online. Yes, she might be just a little over weight, but is quite beautiful, as all the replies to her post indicate. Realizing that he used to always tease her about her looks, he starts being more positive towards her which changes their relationship. She always looked up to him, but he always seemed to find faults with her. Now he is accepting her and she seeks out opportunities to show more of herself to him, by "accident" of course. Things slowly escalate...

Or, while hanging with friends, one of them uses his phone, notices the notifications, sees the pics and assumes that he had subscribed to the posts to see his own sister's pics. Assuming he has incestuous desires, they set up getting the brother and sister together. At some party they devise a game whereby, unknown to them, the two end up kissing and feeling one another. When they finally realize it they are shocked, the brother fights with his friends for doing such a sick trick, and takes his sister home. she tries to calm him down, telling him she didn't mind, etc., just to get him to be less angry with his best friends. As they sit down in his room to talk about it more, she kisses him again...

Or, anonymously, he becomes one of her biggest fans and starts chatting with her. He encourages her to do more and more explicit things, including to get her best friend involved, who he has a crush on. he waits till he knows they are in her room taking pics of themselves making out when he walks in on them...

Or, more outlandishly, not sure what to do, he tells his parents. that night he hears some wild sex noises and walks down the hall and sees his father fucking his sister, then his mother appears in the door of the master bedroom, naked, inviting him to come join her.
