Brother pretending to be disabled brother

A brother who goes to a friend/neighbor to be watched pretends to be his disabled brother. The married wife takes “advantage” of the this for her pleasure. I think names were Troy or Carl. She finds out at the end that he wasn’t the brother she thought he was.

Sound like Special needs or Troy's story by Sam Jason. One was her point of view and the other his. He has removed his stories it seems.
