Brother deals with nymphomaniac sister

Brother and sister are home alone for a few days. Sister has a medical condition that makes her uncontrollably crave sex. She normally takes a medication that dampens her urges but her pills got lost or ruined somehow so her brother has to deal with her for the next few days until her replacement prescription is delivered.

I've looked all over for this story and can't seem to find it. I thought I had it favorited but I guess not.

You're not nuts. I know exactly which story you're talking about; it's one I enjoy reading, but man, I can't find it either. It almost seems like a Xarth story, but I didn't see anything on their list that directly reminded me of it.
