I am at my wits end, i have used Lit Search and Google and cant find this
So its an older brother and his young sister who has a brain development issue, both over 18. They move to a new town and the brother buys a house. The reader is led to believe that some ancient deity is trapped in a statue in the basement. This deity is some sort of ancient sex goddess and as her power grows she is able to "repair" the brain cells in the sister. The sister is then able to project some sort of energy aura while she is having sex.
The brother and sister end up having sex with each other as well as the real estate agent(female) that sold them the house.
The story ends with the statue on some dusty shelf glowing with a blue light
