Brother and sister story

There are two stories that I can’t seem to find. I’ve tried all of the tags that I could think of for both stories.

1. It’s a longer story with a sister coming to live with the brother. There isn’t any sexual stuff until the very end where she sexual tension finally gives way. She was wearing sexy lingerie when it finally happens.

2. Brother and sister are on vacation. Maybe a cruise. Sister finds a guy she likes that is part of a couple. The couple are into swapping. The sister convinces the brother to be her plus one so she can hook up with the guy she is attracted to.
