I just did something like this except it was mother/son. What I did was start it with the mother flirting her ass off with the son out of nowhere and the son (ready for this?) having the natural reaction of being disturbed.

However she is attractive and continues and he is starting to think of her, but upset he is. He even mentions mom'[s weird behavior to the father who pawns it off on her age and a "mid life" she's looking for guys to check her out and wants to be affectionate with her son who is no kid anymore.

So dad travels a lot and goes on a trip. Mom is all over the kid and he keeps dodging the advances. He then leaves and comes back to find a masked stranger in the house who is armed and....

I once read a similar story (as far as I can remember it involved underage, so it wasn't on Lit).

A family of 4 searched shelter from the rain in a secluded area. Suddenly, they are approached by 3 hillbilly-guys with shotguns. At first they brutally rape the mother, then the daughter in every hole. And after that they force the son to fuck his mother and the father to fuck his daughter. Then they are allowed to leave.

As for the original idea: maybe the sister planned everything. She lusts for her brother since some time. She hired some guys to pretend to kidnap them. Then, they force the brother to fuck his sister. Sister is happy, brother is devastated.

And who knows, maybe later (or maybe even before), the "kidnapper guys" tell the sister: "alright, we will force your brother to fuck you. But we also want to fuck you."
So maybe they blackmail her. Or they tell her, that she has this price to pay: get fucked by them and after that, they force her brother ...
