Who are you gonna believe, me or your lyin' eyes?

A British schoolmarm from Lincolnshire, who went viral on the Internet for holding a pony's reins while delivering rabbit punches to the animal's head and also delivering a kick to the pony's chest from her riding boots was acquitted in Crown court of "causing suffering to a protected animal". She was acquitted despite video entered into evidence that documented the shocking abuse. The video garnered 67 million views on TikTok. Mrs. Moulds had previously been sacked as a school teacher by the local school board after the board viewed the video evidence.

Her American attorney, Herman "HisArpy" Arpeggio said his client would have no further comment.

That very dark and unsettling post took a hilarious turn right there at the end.

🤣

An RSPCA spokesperson said: "An independent vet watched the video evidence and in their expert opinion stated it was clear that suffering had been caused to Bruce by his reaction and therefore there was no need to examine him. This was backed by a second vet who is an equine specialist.
"The vets we consulted felt in their expert view that Bruce suffered pain and also psychological suffering by the fear and distress caused.

A hunt saboteur filmed Mrs Moulds kicking the pony in the chest and slapping him four times in the face before returning him to the horse box.
Giving evidence, Mrs Moulds said: "In that moment [Bruce] has done something incredibly dangerous and, in that exact moment, I decided that the right thing to do was discipline him quickly.

"In reality, in that moment, it was four seconds. My intention was then, and always was, to discipline Bruce in the moment so that he does not do it again.
her own words show her for what she is... there's a world of difference between 'discipline' and abuse, as so many adults and children can bear witness to today. And she states it is what she usually does!
and did you clock what the event was where this happened? a fucking HUNT with foxhounds
and as for saying 'they took it out of context blah blah blah' and that the vets could have come at any time to see the horse had a lovely home etc.., etc.., etc..., how many abusive humans bring their own children up in lovely homes and slap, trap and psychologically abuse them enough to make sure the kids behave perfectly should a check up ever happen, and are careful enough not to leave physical evidence of abuse? way too many.

any animal expert who tells you a horse returning to the safety (as it sees it) of its herd should then be 'punished' 'in the moment' doesn't know their arse from their elbow. it's akin to a dog doing something 'wrong' and being punished after the fact... it's not gonna connect the dots, just learn mistrust of the human.

i really hope the school sticks to its guns and doesn't reinstate her... the parents clearly understood what she'd done.
