Should there be 'birthright citizenship'? (born on the soil, you're a citizen)

ah, so you don't make any mistakes when typing? talk about the kettle calling the pot black.

@dragon again shows his superior debating skills with his foul, hateful words.

This is pretty much what I mean about bickering. Personal insults serve no purpose in debate, nor does harping about typos. :(

Neither does being as obstinate and off-the-charts blockheaded as most of your posts are, box.

Most of my posts are logical and reasonable, and are supported by statistics and expert opinion. Sometimes I present opinions or predictions, which are not always supported, but those are clearly labeled as such.

I have never stopped to personal insults directed at anybody, except BFW to a limited degree, but that is another matter.

Most of my posts are logical and reasonable,

Sorry, but that's bullshit. Most of your posts are tedious and tiresome and off in lalaland--and when you cite "experts," you pretty much always don't understand the point they are making. And I'm not the only one to constantly tell you so.

And you are in the category of "one of the worst" on causing divisiveness among erotica writers on this forum by goading them into unnecessary flaps on political topics.

Most of my posts are quite brief, certainly compared to some I read here. Just because you usually disagree with them does not make them tedious and tiresome, etc. Mostly, I cite facts and statistics, and some of the facts are a bit out of context, in that the person stating the facts is not referring to the subject at hand, but that does not keep them from being facts.

That's not true. Out of curiosity, I looked at the first three pages of AH threads. There were 22 that might be called political, and I started one of them, but it was just news about the results of the Prop. 8 court case.

Self-delusion, thy name art Boxlicker. :D (This too is frequently pointed out to you--to the point of suspicion that it's all a roleplaying act--that you are putting us on and twittering behind your fan.)

As usual, you're illustrating the point.

Not at all. I'm disagreeing with you and refuting your contentions. Anybody who wants can go through threads and compare the length of my posts with those of others, and see that mine are usually quite concise. I frequently get involved in political threads, but seldom start them. You can tell that by going to the forum index and seeing who does start political threads.

What does length have to do with it? You are quite successful at reaching tedious in a sentence (the gest of which gets repeated over and over and over again). And is usually muddled and wrongheaded from beginning to end.

It's looking more and more like you are just putting us on on this forum.

And you've been dancing around this bush with others. Fun joke. And spinning this out like this is also part of the game you've played ad nauseam.

If a person has a severely limited attention span, even a short paragraph can seeem tedious, especially if it is contradicting or refuting something that person wrongly believes to be true. :(

I wonder about something. If an extremely pregnant woman were to go to a US consulate or embassy in search of an immigratiion visa, and go into labor and give birth there, would that baby be a US citizen? The place is considered to be US territory, you know.

If so, would that baby be an anchor baby?

I believe I answered that up the line of this thread. I have a sister who was born of U.S. parents in the French chancery in Germany. She had to declare a citizenship when she became of age, but she could have declared for any of the three.

Having been in embassies when such circumstances came up in regard to U.S. Consulates, I can tell you that such a woman can (and would be) whisked out off U.S. territory before she could drop the baby (And there are emergency procedures on consulate books to do just that). Because, yes, the baby would have some claim to U.S. citizenship when they reached their majority.
