When a person posts as unregistered he/she has no credibility on the forum. The person has no Ethos, as much as someone can have Ethos when in an online setting anyway.

In a purely Quantative sense I have 1726 points of Ethos on this forum.

From a more Qualatative point of view I have the Ethos that the other posters give to me through their feelings about me. The credbility or lack thereof comes from them. I earned this through what I have written and what they thought about that writing.

In addition to all of this I also have my picture posted in various places on this forum and my picture is also off to your left.

Exactly. I don't usually agree with P_P_ but I try and either not post to his threads, or disagree somewhat respectfully.
