Thomas Grayle
Age: 27
Height: 6"2
Weight: 140 lbs
Eyes: green
Hair: brown
Tom came from an old family, with all the education and pedigree that the Grayle name provided. His father was CEO of a large investment company, but Tom always refused his father's offers to work for him. He felt that the duty of following in his father's footsteps belonged to his older brother James. Unlike Tom, James was more than happy to work with his father.
As soon as he graduated he applied for a junior executive position with a high-tech company, and he got it without any issues. It wasn't his name that got him the job, but rather his self-confidence and keen business sense. His employer trusted him entirely and always appreciated the contribution Tom brought to the team spirit in the company. Everyone loved him and trusted him. He was great with people. He was happy where he was, and had no plans to climb the ladder. This gave him time to spend with friends and play guitar with the band every Saturday. Not many executives had time for things like that.
When he met Hannah, he was hooked. Their dating period was short and intense, leading to a beautiful wedding at the end of summer in the grand family home. Everyone had thought that it wasn't like him to make such an impulsive decision to marry so soon. But everyone could see how well they fitted together.
Tom had no hesitation to marry her, which seemed strange to him, and quite out of character. Having said that, throughout the wedding ceremony and party he felt that Hannah kept wanting to tell him something. She almost began to say it a few times, when they were constantly interrupted. As wedding parties go, this was not unusual.
They had planned to spend the wedding night in a hotel on the outskirts of the city, and then catch a plane the next day for Hawaii. Hannah had insisted that they book a flight in the evening of that first day, but never said why. Tom had a feeling that she wanted to do something before their flight, even if she never said what that was. Maybe that was what she kept wanting to tell him. Her face changed each time she attempted to tell him.
As the morning came and the sun peaked through the curtains in their hotel room, Tom got up first and looked at Hannah as she slept for a few seconds, taking in the beautiful sight. He smiled and then jumped in the shower, wondering what Hannah kept wanting to tell him.
