Nigel Farage, former Brexit party leader, slammed the Biden administration’s Afghanistan blunder Tuesday, arguing the crisis has led his country of Britain feeling "betrayed." Under Biden, Farage told "Fox & Friends First" that "there is no way a British parliament right now would vote for military cooperation with America."

They're not talking about pulling out of NATO, so why worry? We have nothing in train for which we would need British military help.

FORMER Brexit leader flaunts his ignorance to stupid viewers of Fox News.

^^^fixed for accuracy ^^^

And what use is NATO any more? Not any to do with the GWOT. If defending Europe from Russia is the point, an EU force would be better.

NATO's "use" is not the immediate subject. NATO's existence and present viability is the subject.

Biden thought the NATO relationship was invaluable in his June 13th message to the NATO Summit. He called it sacred. In June he had no idea his incompetence would destroy the relationship. He didn't do that because he thought it was no longer needed, he did it because through his incompetence, he set into motion a series of disastrous events and decisions that would destroy the trust that held the relationship together.

The WSJ has an article on it here:

The Brits take as much notice of Nigel Farage as sensible Americans do of Bernie Sanders. Zero. And Farage is not an elected member of anything. :D

Well, he was once a member of the European Parliament . . . for some reason . . .

The Europeans are pissed off with the whole Afghanistan adventurism by the US for the last 20 years. Why? Because 2 million refugees have been driven into Iran and another 2 million into Pakistan. A large number will try to get to western Europe.

One outcome is a betting certainty, the Europeans will start talking to Iran about holding the unwanted migrants back, and they will probably pay them to at least stall the flow. The current dramas in Kabul are a drop in a bucket compared to this refugee problem on Afghanistan's Eastern and Western borders.

Biden just destroyed NATO, ask the British.

WAIT ONE MINUTE!! Biden told our allies "America is back"!! He told us all that he would once again bring faith and respect back into our alliances and treat our allies with respect.

Say it isn't so Joe!

Just in June he called the relationship "sacred," two months later the sacrilegious fool destroys it in a single Alzheimer's moment. :(

Amazingly, countries like to be allied with other countries that are reliable under the conditions said alliance anticipates. If you prove yourself unreliable under those conditions, there's no longer a reason for the alliance.

That's an editorial, not an article. It even says "opinion" right there in the heading, as you would know if you read your own links.

So, you believe Biden is still palsy walsy with our NATO friends and vis-a-vis.

Nothing in that editorial carries any weight, nothing factual in the editorial

You prove time after time that you are nothing more than an argumentative gasbag, a proto clone.

Dopies think opinions are facts these days...didn't you know?

Absolutely correct!!! He stated Trump was a failure in foreign policy and he was the only candidate that could right the ship.

Biden is an incompetent fool hell bent on committing national suicide.

Maybe dissolving NATO is a good thing, I'm tired of those look down their nose arrogance, condescending fucks, let them protect themselves, let them pay their own way. Germany is already a Putin puppet.

Certainly he commands a lot more respect than Mr. Grab-em-by-the-pussy did.

Given the source, that's probably right. The WSJ editorial page is notorious for its propaganda and half-truths.
