The probability of piqued interest resides in the responses. Disruptions. Perhaps outlandish.

Let's say the reaction causes a torrid windstorm.

Great story idea ...but the women really need to be developed ...backgrounds ...highly detailed descriptions, etc ...and what i think would add to it would be the fact that this arousal is new to them , like they are discovering an attraction to thier sons that they hadnt really felt before .....great, great start .

think about it.
During her early twenties, each mom gave birth to one son, from the first husband; now the boys are aged 20 (more or less).
The two husbands died/divorced some years after the births.
Recently (I mean two/three years ago) the two widowed/divorced ladies re-married and gave birth to their second sons, who now are six/eight months aged.
And the older sons are turned-on by the lactating gorgeous moms.

I am a nursing mom with older sons. I have gf's who are also nursing. My sons see me plenty but no one outside of family. I just don't see this happening and don't want to read it. I'm sorry but for me my milk is for my baby and no one else

I like the combo of incest and breast feeding...but the ages make things complicated...the first marriage second marriage thing makes sense though, as long as it doesn't weigh down the story. I guess it depends on how much of a leap of faith you want your readers to take. Overall though, I like the idea.
