a friend i know had it done about 15 yrs ago, had no problems at all afterwards.

my wife considered it but we wanted to wait til we were done having kids since the potential is there to mess witth the breast milk function

I had it done 4 yrs ago this month. Went from an H to a D but now sit comfortably at a DD. I am glad I did but and yes it was sore /painful after HOWEVER I had great meds. I would do it again in a heartbeat . Plus I had the best doctor who specializes in cancer reconstructive surgery ( I did not have cancer) but I knew I'd come out with a great set of tits. Plus barely any scaring.
