Hello!
My wife aged 30 years (34A"-28"-37" )wants to go for beast implants. We would like to profit from the experience of people who have gone through it or have experiencd it.Your views/suggestations/experiences are invited on the following points.
1.Is it worth all the trouble
2.Do you feel any problem during sex(while squeezing, kneading the boobs
3.Any compication/health problem
4.Which implant is better, silicon or saline
5.What is the cost of the implant alongwith the surgery involved.Best place for it.
6.Whether the implant be insurted through the aerola or through incision under the boobs
7.What size she should ask for
8.any other way to enlarge breasts

Even thought I haven't been through
a breast implant procedure, i hope you don't mind me commenting. I'm 39 and a 38 B. I know what it's like not to be well endowed, at least not on top, but the body does have many other assests. Just my opinion but i think the risk far outweighs the cosmetic purposes in what's gotten to be a breast crazed society. If you love your wife then love her for how she is and who she is. Women are much more than a set of boobs. I've seen a lot of programs on this. Cutting into the breast can make them lose their sensitivity too. I know I wouldn't want to lose that. Whatever you decide I hope you are both comfortable with it. Weigh out all the risk factors.

I am a 34A/B on my "good" days. I will never get implants. Breasts are not who I am. My breasts are extremely snesitive and I can almost orgasm from having them played with. When I go to bed with a guy, I am open and verbal and have lots of ideas to share. No one has complained. My clothes look fine on me and I look good in a swimsuit, but I am not a Sports Illustrated model. An ex boyfriend said it best, "you don't have small breasts, you have hot sexy little titties." Works for me.

I am a happy 38C, but a friend of mine got them due to a severe difference in size... she was an A cup on one side and a C on the other. She's happy with them, but advises your wife to do her reasearch. Find a doctor who does not tell her what she needs, but asks her what she wants. Saline is what my friend got... to a "D" cup. They did an incision on her side... and she has no scars. It was pretty painful right after and she ended up taking a week off of work, even though she went home right after the surgury. I asked her about the sensitivity... she said it is lessened a bit... but more as if the same nerves have more space between them. Nipple stimulation remained though!! I advise her "Be sure"... and if she is, go for it.

Ok, some answers about the breast implants. My wife had them and has been very happy with them for the most part.

You will only be able to get saline implants if these are the first implants that you have gotten (FDA rules, thank the lawyers). Silicone are widely considered better, but saline is fine. They do tend to have a rather high failure rate with spontaneous rupture which will not hurt you in any way, but will require a surgical fix.

Make sure you get them implanted under the pectoralis muscle and not in the subcutaneous tissue. The approach (sub-areolar, infra-mammary, or via the armpit will not really end up making that much difference if the plastics guy knows his/her stuff. Don't skimp on the cost of the implants themselves, they come in different models and with different warranties.

Prepare to be much more uncomfortable after the surgery than you think. This surgery hurts and you will be off work for 10-14 days and you won't really feel good for about 4 weeks.

I don't think there is a large risk of losing sensitivity, again with a good surgeon, but there is always a chance.

A good candidate for implants is done with having children, has had a baseline mammogram and wants bigger breasts. Most women like the C+ size, but your wants may vary. It will really depend a lot on how much skin you have to work with.

Shop around a bit and visit with more than one plastic surgeon. Talk to a couple of patients that have had surgery by this doctor before getting your breasts worked on. Do not be shy about discussing the total costs, it will be coming directly out of your pocket. Expect to pay 5-8K for good tits!

Good Luck and I hope you like them.
