breast implants

Hello!
My wife aged 30 years (32"-26"-37" )wants to go for beast implants.We would like to profit from the experience of people who have gone through it or have experiencd it.Your views/suggestations/experiences are invited on the following points.
1.Is it worth all the trouble
2.Do you feel any problem during sex(while squeezing,kneading the boobs
3.Any compication/health problem
4.Which implant is better,silicon or saline
5.What is the cost of the implant alongwith the surgery involved.Best place for it.
6.Whether the implant be insurted through the aerola or through incision under the boobs
7.What size she should ask for

I haven't, personally, but I've had friends who did it.

I believe the incision is under the arms; theirs certainly were.

One had silicone, the other saline. I understand the silicone is more durable. However, they didn't look or feel as natural as the saline.

The size was a matter of choice. One woman just wanted a little augmentation; hers were entirely in proportion to her frame and looked very natural. The other, well, they sort of stuck straight out -- D cups -- on a very small and slender frame.

Neither shared the details of cost with me, though it wasn't cheap. You'll have to do your own research on that.

Both had it done here, Southern California.

I have done it.

About three-four years ago. I love them. No problems at all. I went with saline, it's safer. Mine are placed under the muscle and the incision was through the nipple. No detection of a scar now and no loss of sensation. Actually heightened it. The 24-48 hours after the surgery were hell! Can't lie there....pure hell! But, I'm glad I did it. Tell her to go for it! I haven't had it done and don't plan on it.

But I swear I heard on a reputable radio show (NPR) that they do implants through an incision 'inside the belly button'. Then they somehow push it up to the breasts. Freaked me out!

Did I hear this or am I crazy?

I don't have them, but I have friends with implants & love them. My sweetie loves my 36b's & if I spend that kind of money it will be on a trip to Australia. The most important thing is to talk to several doctors. My aunt had the silicone ones & has a lot of problems with them, but hers were done back in the 70's. The surgery is much safer now, but very expensive.I think the incision depends on the woman's body. When done right & in proportion to a woman's body, they can be very attractive. I think the oversize ones that are obviously fake are very ugly, but to each his own. Good luck.

I did much research on them before deciding.....

.....and yes, the silicon implants are very dangerous. They've been known to cause Lupus and if they do leak, the body can't accept the silicon. I agree not to go too large. I have friends who went larger than intended and they aren't satisfied with them. Again, it is a painful procedure. Think carefully about it and then go in for just a consultation with a reputable doc. Cost back when I did it...3500.00.

Rosebud, I'm not nearly that big now! I went from a 34A to a 34D. Up three cup sizes and it almost killed me! And just think....Pamela Anderson did it, removed them and has recently had them re-done.....ouch!
