But what I don't know is that when having sex for the first time following birth, if the mother is breast-feeding, would her nipples leak if they are teased or "lightly" suckled by a man? Also would they be extremely sensitive?

Just a minor detail: you write 'he felt two warm streams of liquid squirting against his palms.' To me that sounds like you think breast milk comes out in the centre of the nipple, ie as a single, wide jet of milk from each breast.

But in fact breast milk comes out in multiple, thin jets from the central area of the nipple.

In addition, you cannot get squirting just by squeezing her breasts with your palms over her nipples. You will probably get wet palms from leaking, but actual squirting requires manipulating the nipple directly with your fingers (in other words milking by applying pressure in specific ways).

And yes if you suck her nipples during sex you'll get a taste of breast milk, whether you want to or not. Whether that is erotic or embarrassing for the woman and her partner is up to you.

By the way, when a breast feeding woman has an orgasm, she may also spray milk, as her nipples harden, or at least leak quite a bit. (same comment as above applies
