There are better ways to enlarge one's breasts than hormone treatment, and most Doctor's won't just give you hormones unless it is considered psychologically beneficial for you to get them - as in, not having them would be detrimental to your mental health. Then you'd have to go through a series of hoops to calculate the appropriate dosage based on your individual physiology.

Then the only real option would be surgery. I don't know of any legitimate, professional medical individual who would give hormone treatment for someone who wanted breasts for fetish purposes.

Plus a man, dressed as a man, but with big boobs...that would cause some staring. And not necessarily the good sort of "Oh my God that is hot!" but the "WTF is wrong with that guy?" sort of staring.

Because let's face it, men don't have boobs. I'm sorry to break it to you. So a man with actual full looking breasts who isn't cross dressing, well, it is going to look odd in a shirt and tie. You would get some strange looks from people.

All male boobs are NOT a product of obesity. Our male children have started developing "boobs" due to the growth hormones we have been giving our cattle, hogs and poultry. There was a study going on to see if there was a link between the growth hormones and early puberty in our children. Already we are seeing kids as young as 8 years old going through puberty. We are seeing young girls developing lumps in their breasts and girls in their mid-teens having to have double mastectomies due to breast cancer. Our males are finding lumps in their testes and developing prostate cancer.
