Breast Bondage

Perhaps this should be in the How-To category.......I am having a problem with breast bondage, and am unsure about a few things. What size rope or cord seems to work best for you all? Then there is my second problem. I am a 38D, which should be sufficient?, but I just cannot seem to get enough flesh gathered into the rope, and if I am on my back at all, gravity seems to defeat my best efforts.
