This sounds like a job for My riding crop!! Can those 36ds take it??
Public Displays of Discipline
If we were out in public, like a mall or restaurant, and you behaved like this, I would have to warn you that if you continued this way you would be in for some strong discipline when we got home.
Instead of stopping, though, you continue to flirt and flaunt with every guy in the place. Now, I've lost my cool and I take and bend you over the balcony, tying your hands through the railing. After flipping your skirt over your waist, and administering several much need *SMACKS* to you exposed bottom myself, I invite others to do so too.
After all, how else is a brat supposed to learn her lessons?

I would give one warning prior to going out into public Brat. If you misbehaved you would be spanked hard right where we were at without receiving a second warning. That is how a Brat should be taught to behave.
If necessary you would be spanked hard prior to going out in the future so you would understand that misbehaving in public is only allowed when I tell you to do it.
Now...show us some pics of that body so we can decide for ourselves if we like it or not.

Spankings
There is nothing wrong with liking spankings. In fact that is a good point for a brat. But when and how the spankings are administered is what is important.
The use of the whip would be good. I prefer a rattan/bamboo cane myself. But regardless of what would be used on you brat you would soon learn that spankings are not just for your fun. you would learn very quickly that your behavior would need to be modified or the spankings that you think are fun would quickly become not fun. Especially when you couldn't sit down for a number of days without whimpering after angering Me.
