I am a 65 year old male with breasts (approx C Cup) from taking medication for high blood pressure and after a heart by-pass operation. I therefore wear a bra for support, which although my wife accepts, does not fully approve. Wearing a bra, excites me and makes me feel good and sensual. My nipples are also very aroused and sensitive. I have about a dozen various types of bras, that I or my wife has bought for me, over approx 4 year of my wearing.
I wear a bra (almost 24/7), generally, under my normal male clothing, and in bed I wear a bra and chemise. I have no intention or desire to cross dress, fully as as female ( I would make a very big and ugly woman).
I enjoy going out wearing a bra (under-dressing) under my male clothes, with the knowledge that only my wife and I know of my secret. Often when we are out at a restaurant, coffee shop, shopping centre, cinema, etc. she touches and feels my bra strap, bra cups and bra band, which highly arouses, heightens and excites me.
How do I get her to fully approve of my wearing.

Have a conversation with her about your needs and desires of wearing the feminine things you like to wear , if you are honest and open with her about your feelings she might just have a different outlook on the situation .

Has your desire to wear the things you like been a lifelong interest ?

If so you could explain to her that it's embarrassing for you to talk about just like it is for a lot of cross-dressing men in our general age group , most of us were brought up learning that boys and men don't dress in girls clothes and that there is something wrong with those of us that do when in reality there is really nothing at all wrong with wearing the clothing that makes us feel happy , after all it is just clothing .

Good advice from bicurious. I work panties on the sly for years (not that my wife didn't know, but we didn't talk about it) before I finally got up the courage to just tell my wife about it. She had no problem and I have been open about it since.
