As i pulled my cars up to my new house i smiled. I was finally moving out of my rents place and starting on my own i had a job as a PA at a private company and now was moving in on my own. It was a small area with about 5 houses on my road a pub down the road and then in the town was a club that friends had told me about. I didnt know anyone i had to move because of work so everything was all very new.

OOC: (Jane - 5'8 - dark hair - tonned - dark eyes - 38c breasts - aged 20)

Anyway i pulled up and got out of the car and the van pulled behind me and i opend the door and started unloading my stuff.

I look out my upstairs window, as soon as I heard the vehicles pull up outside the house next door. The street was usually very quiet, so any vehicle traffic caused quite a stir. I had heard from the real estate agent that the new owner of the house was quite the looker, and I was anxious to see for myself.

From my perch upstairs, I had to admit that he had been right. She seemed to have curves in all the right places. I decided to be neighborly, and quickly headed down to offer my assistance in moving.

OCC (Ed Kruk- 6'1", well built, brown hair, brown eyes-age 25)

Walking over slowly, making sure she could see me coming, no sense in scaring the girl the first tyime I met her.

"Excuse me Miss, Can I give you a hand? I'm Ed, your new neighbor."

As i lifted a box out of the van i turned around to see a guy coming out of the house next door towards me.

"Excuse me Miss, Can I give you a hand? I'm Ed, your new neighbor." - he said.

"Thanks if you could grab a box that would be nice, im Jane your new pain in the ass" i said with a smile. "ive just got to go put this one inside proving its the right one it has a ketal in it if you wanna come in for a drink"

Although busy i still had chance to check him out and he wasnt to bad defenatly someone i would want to be around.

OOC: jane - weaing a small vest top and tight jeans round her hips showing her tonned belly.

I carefully grabbed a box out of the back of the van, being careful not to break anything. Up close, Jane was even better than I had imagined. She had a killer body, flat stomach, large breasts, and those dark eyes, just knocked me out.

I followed close behind her, using the time to check out her sexy walk. Her walk was causing me a bit of discomfort in my jeans. I was still wearing a beat up Tee shirt that I wore around the house on weekends.

"I doubt if you'll be a pain in my ass, I'm always available for any assistance you may require" I replied, bowing low to the ground for effect.

"Well then i shall bare that in mind espcially as your the only person i know here im sure ill come up with something" i smiled

"So you live on your own?"

Getting into the kitchen i looked in the boxes for the ketel althoughnot quite sure which one it was in i managed to find tea coffee sugar and even the milk.

"I think the ketel is in teh box you have you want to have a look"

Although unsure as to weather look in the box myself as i just stuffed everything in any box and wasnt sure what else would be in the box could get embaressing i wasnt the best packer it was grab stuff shove it in a box deal with it later.

Setting the box on the countertop, I quickly opened the top, and took a peek inside.

"Don't know if the kettle is in here," I said as I held up a thin wisp of material, apparently she had packed some of her undergarments along with her kitchen equipment. Hoping she had a good sense of humour, I dug her kettle out from beneath a wide assortment of lingere. I would give my right eye to see her in some of these items. It really made me wonder what was in the other boxes.

"Here's your kettle," I said as I handed it to her, I couldn't see whether she was blushing or not.

"I bought that old house three years ago, been fixing it up ever since. Can I help you unpack anything else?"

"Thanks" i said as i took the ketel off him "I think the matching bar to that g string you are holding is in that box there" smiling "if you really want to help there are socks in that box as well mayb would could play with them and see how many sets you can get togther"

"I just brought this house finally on my own away from rents you know can finally walk round the house naked" i said jokingly "Had to move because of work although i still have a week or so to settle before i start that"
"So what would you like to drink tea coffee?"

"You're not going to offer Coffee, tea or Me?" I asked in surprise horror. "Either one is fine with me.

I began to rummage in the box she had pointed out, I was alright with going through her underwear, as long as she was.

"I'll make it a point to do a lot of peeping, as long as you're going to be showing off. .......I think you'll find this street is pretty quiet. You can do pretty much whatever you want, and no one will bother you."

I had managed to pair up most of her intimate apparel, a few stray socks still lurked in other boxes.

"So what are your plans for dinner? Would you allow me to cook for you tonight? I do have a hot tub, that I am sure will feel wonderful on the sore back that I am sure you will have once you finish unpacking."

"You know i was only jokin bout sorting my underwear but if thats what you want to do i dont mind as for dinner if you would like but i cant make anythng apart from sandwiches here as i have no gas or anything untill tomorrow morning".

As she smiled "the underwear if your that botherd about sorting it needs to go in that box ready for the draws when i move them inside"

"Also yes at the min tea and coffee is all i can offer but will see later about the other"

"No, I was inviting you to my place for dinner. I can grill a couple of steaks, salad, whatever you want."

I was very intrigued by my beautiful new neighbor. She seemed open to nearly anything. Having a stranger sort her underwear didn't bother her in the least.

"I'll take coffee then, if you're not on the menu yet. I'll grab a few more boxes while you work on that."

I made quick work of a few more boxes while I waited for Janet to finish the coffee. She was really hot, and I was hoping that she would take me up on the offer of dinner, and the use of my hot tub.

"Ok then dinner sounds good will be starving when this lots finished anyway"

He went to get more boxes till everything was in.

"Heres your coffee" We drank our drinks and i sorted the rest of my stuff. So that my bed room most the kitchen stuff and the rest of the house were nearly done at least till all the boxes were in there correct room and he had doen my underwear.

"Alright, I think we've got everything in. How about some dinner then. Are you ready to eat, or would you like to soak in the hot tub first?"

I hoped I wasn't pushing the hot tub too much, although I would love to see her in a swimsuit, or even better with nothing on.

"Dinner sounds good for now"

Not turning down his offer of the hot tub after i just needed to eat after the day i was starving.

"Come on then lead the way as you have the key to get in as for me most the time my door will be unlocked when im in so feel free to come round whenever"

I lead the way across the yard to my house. I had redone most of the kitchen. New hardwood floors glistened as we entered. Through the sliding glass door, could be seen the hot tub, and my new gas grill.

"I'll start the steaks, how do you like yours done? Salad? Anything else?"

"I like them well done bit of salad"

i looked over at the hot tub and around the kitchen "well you have been working on the house well the kitchen anyway what do you do do you work? im sorry if i interuppted any plans you had for the days thank you for helping if theres anything i can do to say thank you dont heitate to ask"

I could think of a few things that she could do to thank me, but I refrained from telling her.

"Well done it is." I threw the steaks on the grill, and made my way back into the kitchen, and pulled the salad fixings out of the fridge.

"Can I get you a drink? Beer, wine, coke,water?"

"I own my own construction business. Fixing up houses, is my work, and my hobby."

"Ah not a bad job then, anything to drink is good but preferble cold"

"So whats you plans for the rest of the day anything?"

As when he wasnt looking i was eyeing him.

"Well to be honest with you, I was thinking about getting you drunk, and taking advantage of you." Ed laughed as he handed Jane a cold beer.

"I hope this is alright, or I can give you a soda."

"I didn't really have any plans today. Is there anything you would like to see or do? Again, your wish is my command."

Originally Ed had planned on working on his livingroom, but after meeting Jane, those plans had gone out the window.

"Well if your planning on getting me drunk i think ill take the beer" i smiled

"I dont have anything in particular i want to do yet also i dont know what there is around here to do but if theres anything you want to do show me im open to options"

I handed Jane the beer, and headed out to the grill to flip the steaks. The salad was ready, only a couple more minutes on the steaks.

"Well lets see what happens after we eat. We could soak in the hot tub, or theres always movies, clubs. It's only a short drive to most places, or I could take you to make out point. Depends on what you would like to see, or do."

I grabbed the steaks off the grill, and set them on the table.

"Dinners served, can I get you another beer?"

"Well we could stay in a do something together, wouldnt mind getting to know you a bit more"
moving up to stand next to him to talk
"the steaks smell nice"

"Mmmm actually, I think you smell better." Moving a little closer, his face moving within inches of her shoulder breathing in her wonderful scent. Even after all the work they had done that day getting Jane moved in, he could still smell her perfume as stood close to each other.

"What are you wearing? That smells great."

Standing so close, their bodies almost touched, his lips almost touching her shoulder now, his heart beating hard in his chest, his lips aching to kiss her soft shoulder.

She turned her looking at his head over her bare shoulder "Just an old perfum i got ages ago" smiling breathing slighly deeper.

Breathing deeply, inhaling as much of her scent as possible. Finally unable to resist anymore, he touched his lips gently to her bare shoulder. His hands moving to rest softly on her hips, as his lips left a trail of kisses along her shoulder and neck.

As he kissed my shoulder i moved my head slighly alowing better access to my shoulders his hands on my hips i close my eyes and lean my head forward alowing him to get to my neck putting my hands over his.
