Yes they can be removed. Usually they willcontact you first and ask you to take them down. Some people post the hardcore ones for a day or two and then take them dow on their own. so do what works for you.

Or you can just host them on an image hosting site and just post the link. That way, it won't be removed and you can get as graphic as you want.


PS: I don't think that last one is so bad (as in it shouldn't be removed) since it doesn't really show much.
