well you have not actually said whether she is of legal age.... so that would be something to consider if she is not..... but having been in a similar situation myself I have to say that you might want to take a long hard look at the type of person your boss is and just how much you like/need your job..... I was lucky..... my boss liked me and was always happy when his daughter was happy..... so all was cool.....but fortunitly I left the company before I left her.......
