needs a woman writer, or at least a female POV...
not exactly a novel concept, but one I'd read more of, and adaptable to almost any category.
Sort of a reverse LW...
Narrator (if first person, protagonist if 3P), W1 is a happily married woman with a hubby who is very handy . They enjoy a great sex life, because he's handy in that way too.
The other protagonist (W2) could be mom or sis if you want incest, or a neighbour or friend or coworker. W2 is either unmarried, or her hubby is away, or just not handy. One day when W2 is talking about a project needing doing, W1 says "Borrow My Husband...". This goes on with more and more chores... Then W2 needs a man to go to a dance with, maybe a reunion say. if W2 is married & hubby not in Iraq, he's a non dancer & H1 is a great dancer of course. So W1 says "Borrow My Husband..."
After the dance, W2 confides to W1, "all that dancing made me horny..."
I bet you guess what W1 says then...
