What do you do to keep them in that kind of shape?
Do you run or use weights? Whatever it is, it sure works!!

What do I do to keep them in shape? Little bit of badminton, little bit of walking... not that much really. They used to be much better a few years ago when I used to lots of cycling and running. Thinking about trying to get them back into that sort of definition. What do you reckon? Good idea?
