i'm in a bad mood - i got my hair done in Noho (should know better than to do that in lezzyville) and it SUCKS. $145 for the worst color job i've ever had. a cut is a cut - i can deal with it because my hair grows very fast...but the color. omg i wanna die...

Now I'm going to be all paranoid, feeling I'm being watched while walking around campus. I'm know my Harley loved the snow back on the Cape- all 30+ inches of it.

That's an insane amount of money. My mom is a hairstylist and I don't think she charges that much. That really sucks that your color went wrong. The sucky part is that trying to fix it with more color can make it worse. What color did you try to make it?

i basically tried to keep it the color it was - brown with non-blonde highlights...such as caramel, espresso, whatever. now it's...all one color...and black. i fucking hate it. she's going to fix it or i'll kill her. I'm going to call my old place in Pittsburgh and ask their advice, then have her follow it. I have an appointment on saturday afternoon, but i can't wait that long and am going to move it up to friday as early as possible. i have to give it a week before i shock my hair again...
i'm not stripping it - that's what kills your hair completely...

They're probably too busy with studies. Every grad student I've talked to (which doesn't include you because I haven't met you on campus, you meanie!) on campus has said that they have to practically live in Lederle. It makes grad school sound very sucky.

It was bio grads that mentioned that. They called it the bell tower, so I assumed they meant Lederle. I listened to sdome pysch grads last year and I think they might be in Lederle too, but I forget.

I just started grad school except in engineering, not in Soc Sci. And let me tell you, engineers get just as horny as Soc Sci... Possibly hornier as there's a lot fewer girls. In my undergrad we used to joke about the graduation requirements including humanities credits as it was the only way us engineers could see real girls.

Unfortunately my first and only grad school course is online this semester, so I'll have to wait until summer to see a girl on campus again.....

but when you have thick curls, you tend to be willing to pay a little more to ensure they'll turn out safely. boy was I wrong. Plus, that's how much hair costs in a major US city....not bumblefuck...which is why everyone in bumblefuck feels fine about getting their hair cut in walmart....lol

The only good thing is that your hair grows fast...I have 4 sisters a wife and two daughters...I have seen my share of 'bad' hair coloring....it is never fun.....oh and sorry, was once a grad student, but no more....
