Walls are just a deterrent, given enough time and or effort, every wall will be breached.

Trump's illegal immigration plan was simple, build a wall, something so simple, his base bought into it, hook line and sinker. In fact, those who don't carry water for Trump, still promote it.

I thought Trump's plan to build a wall was pretty ridiculous. He would have been far better off to have spent money on better electronic umbrellas to cover those areas of dense terrain and low probability of illegal foot crossing.

Repair the wall in area's of high potential traffic, and hired more BPA's.

Last, he never should have slashed the financial aid to Central American countries. Those dollars were a cheap protection against illegal immigrants, compared to building a useless wall.

That move alone caused a massive exodus of the poor and hopeless from those countries. Where did they go, well to the US of course, where the hell else could they go seeking a better situation.

That move caused him to implement his most cruel program of separating children from parents, to try and convince those so desperate for a better future of not making the attempt.

But if you like those border walls so much, maybe move to China.
