You posted this to get advice? The concept is good. I think it should have a tint in it, though, or it will get lost against others on a distributor's cover display. Presume the author's name gets put along the bottom as some point?
Seconding SR's comment about putting the author's name on there.
Depending on what you're planning to use this for, you might want to think about how it will look in thumbnail. I have some of my work on Smashwords, which uses thumbnail versions of the covers for some pages, so I try to make sure my covers still look decent and have readable titles when shrunk down.
It's not sized for a book cover, so can't tell. (Again, if you are going to include an author's name and have left it off so we can't identify you, that's OK, but you should say that when you post--because the natural response is always going to be that the author's name should be on the cover. Also, you can't get a comprehensive response on how the cover looks until the cover is complete--i.e., the author's name has been included in the design.)
Anyway going by the title can I suggest a tasteful arrangement to include, flower petals, lubricant, used tissues, and a mirror at the far end with the reflection of gentleman caller, hat on head climbing back out the window.
