I've noticed that while there are still boobs in the entertainment business that look like basketballs instead of breasts, there is a movement towards natural breasts.

I just wanted to know what people on Lit think. Fake or real?

It's cool if it's being done for positive cosmetic reasons, like breast cancer survivors after mastectomies wanting to feel better about their physicality. But if you get it just for the hell of it or because someone else is telling you that you need it...that's jive.

Cuz there's nothing sadder or skankier than getting them and having them irreversibly botched up. Keep 'em natural.

natural, though i see the importance of them as zumi pointed out, or even for adult women who have little or no natural breast and feel so much better about themselves with moderate, natural looking implants.

i loathe the fact that so many young girls, from as young as their early teens, are waiting to get boob jobs for their 18th birthdays and stuff, frequently purchased for them by their own parents! they're still developing, ffs. on Big Brother, (Ultimate) this year, i'd say over half the women in there have implants. stupid stupid stupid

I wouldn't go through a surgical procedure to improve my looks, and I wouldn't want or expect a woman to do that to impress me. I'd prefer her to be natural and flat to busty and implanted. That being said, large breasts are nice to look at and I don't object to a woman enhancing her looks, if it will make her feel better about herself.

Its reaching the point that I don't watch mainstream porn unless there are natural breasts somewhere in it. I think the women like Sasha Grey, Bella Donne, Jenna Haze, and Gianna Michaels have more noodles in their pot as opposed to Lisa Ann or Briana Banks. It looks like the last two are about to have silicon explosion disasters or something.

Hollywood is out of control with it. Buy someone a sit of tits and they think they deserve something because of it.

As far as real reconstructive surgery, bless them for being brave enough.
