It wasn't really her ruling. I asked her to close it. I didn't want the stuff going on in another forum to spill over into this one and become a distraction to the good discussions we've been having here as of late. This was totally initiated by me without any prompting from anyone.

This board has grown a lot, with some wonderful new (not forgetting the veterans) people contributing views and ideas to some terrific threads. I didn't want anything to distract from that. So to me, it's just another great day on the GLBT forum.

It makes sense though...there's so many problems in the other thread, that to get it all mixed up in the two over here would be horrible. As much as I like all three, I'd rather the issues be solved without arguing (I hate when people fight).
