i got a new webcam and this one takes pics in bit map forma
when i try to upload them it says the file is too big
how the heck can i post??????

problem is.......i got a new cam and all the pics are bit maps instead of jpegs......plus when i try to up load them i get a message saying the image is too large..........what to do??????????

What editor are you using? You need to open it in your editor and choose save as,pick the jpeg and save another copy of it.

If you cant or dont have a good editor,go to http://www.jasc.com
