Bondage Contract

I'm entering into a new relationship with a beautiful woman. We both are new to the lifestyle. She has agreed to submit herself to my command, living behind closed doors as my slave. We want to seal our bond with a contract. Does anybody ahve a sample we can draw from? Any pointer would be greatly appreciated.

Progression

We were lovers for a while almost 15 years ago. We played the usual games.... tieing eachother up, teasing & light spanking, clothes pins on the nipples, etc. She found me again through a mutual business associate. She is happily married with a few kids, but says she has fantasized about our D/s activities ever since. Since her husband has no interest, she wants to start up again with me, part time and be my complete servant. No commitments, no questions, just what ever I say. Just become my true slave. We discussed her motivation and she feels that with all her added responsibilities she really wants to be controlled. I think it will be quite fun. I'll make her a good Master, i'm quite imaginative and very detail oriented.
