Body Oil

Can anyone recommend a good body oil that leaves the skin smooth and soft, but does not smell like babies?

I love the effect that baby oil gives my skin, but I would like it to have a sexy fragrance as well.

Olive oil or sesame oil are very emollient (much like baby oil) and make your skin soft and supple. Plus it is not as expensive (unless you buy the more expensive type). Go to a health food or natural store and pick out an essential oil that you like (or maybe two or three and blend them) and you can fragrance your oil as you see fit. The essential oil will only take a few drops. (BTW you can make your own bath salts this way using Epsom salts or a sugar scrub.)

I've been using coconut oil as a moisturizer for myself and our baby, and I like it a lot. It's also a good lube, BTW.

It's solid at room temperature, so you'd just warm it up a bit to liquefy it and mix in the essential oil of your choice.

In the past, I've also made massage oil bars for myself and gifts, and they're fantastic for moisturizing. There are tons of recipes using different ingredients online, and you can really customize your recipe based on your skin type and the desired effects. Besides the ingredients, all you really need is like a pyrex measuring cup for melting and mixing, and a soap mold.

I'm currently working my way through a bottle of Almond oil.

Thanks for all the good tips....I like the idea of making my own, as I can control the fragrance. I just love how silky baby oil makes me feel after a shower, and I was hoping to mimic that with something that smelled sexy.

On the really bright side, think how much sexier a natural oil will be over slathering yourself in a refined petroleum product.

LOL, a woman i used to play with used it a lot so for me it is completely linked as a sensual fragrance. (so this is a very biased opinion).
