Bobby "the Brain" Heenan, former WWF wrestler & manager and WCW commentator, is suffering with throat cancer.

While he spent most of his career as a heel, his humor is still missed in the wrestling world. I miss his comments on the hero wrestlers and all of the "ham & eggers" who admire them.....LOL

Heel comemtators are allways the most interesting...

That is so true. I remember when WCW fucked up some crappy production. I forgot the name of the character (I think it was the Brainstormer or something) but he was supposed to crashed through the wall and create a thrill for the wrestling fans. Instead, he crashed through the wall and tripped onto the floor. All live in front of the camera.

The commentators, Mark Scoly and Bobby Heenan, couldn't help but laugh at the blooper. Mark Scoly made a comment of about the Brainstormer being thrown through the wall, to try and cover up the blooper. But Heenan said, "Maybe he should be thrown out with rest of the trash."

I thought that it was so damn funny. Needless to say, that was the Brainstormer's first and final appearance.

Actually it was shockmaster.
And he was played by the guy who went on to become Tugboat.
