I haven't had any actual use out of the games and apps out there but there has to be a ton of stuff. The trick is finding something that will either expand your current horizons safely and close to your comfort levels.
Here's an easy one I just made up but I'm sure others have played it:
Strip high-card. Take a 52 card deck, each of you draw a card, and whoever's card is higher gets to take a piece of clothing off the other person. Have a drink while you're doing it and talk about something sexy you each want to try while you play to draw the game out a bit.
